offers the possibility to reserve tickets both for Groups (more than 10 persons) and singles through:

Rules for singles or groups below 10 partecipants
The reservation is confirmed only when you will receive an unique reservation code which allows you to pick up the tickets directly at the Box Office of the requested event. Please remember that for events that require a time slot (i.e. Galleria Borghese), your reservation will be hold not later than one half hour before the reserved entrance.
Rules for groups over 10 partecipants
Please send:

- Museum
- event date and time slot
- number of tickets
- nationality of persons.
- group's name
- e-mail or fax & name of a contact person.
note: we will confirm your request by sending you an e-mail or a fax
informing you about payment details.
- reserved tickets must be picked-up within one half hour before the starting of the event.
- after this deadline we will not guarantee the availability of the reservation.
- groups can pick up the pre-paid tickets directly at the box-office at the moment of the entrance.
AFTER ISSUANCE, NO EXCHANGE, REFUND OR CANCELLATION OF TICKETS IS ALLOWED. SERVICE CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
Ticketeria is not responsible for any change in the event after the moment of issuance of the tickets. Rules in force or displayed on the premises of the event will apply to the holders of the tickets.
