The eligibility for a reduced/complimentary ticket is subject to verification at the moment of the pick-up . Clients are requested to carry with them the document which allows the eligibility to the reduction/gratuity.

Tickets fares are :
- Full fare ("Intero"),
- Reduced ("Ridotto"),
- Complimentary ("Gratuito").

Roma Pass and Roma Pass+ are accepted at Borghese Gallery and Museum.
Clients holding a Romapass card are invited to just reserve admission calling +390632810.

Should any abuse occur in the eligibility of reduction or gratuity, clients will be requested to pay the Full Fare ticket and the online purchase will be considered void and not reimbursed.

A web transaction fee of 1€ will be added to the cost of each ticket.

We accept for on-line transaction only Visa and Mastercard. Ticketeria wishes to remind that online transaction are secured by the 128 bit encryption SSL protocol . All information regarding credit card transaction are hold by Consorzio Triveneto ( Banca Antonveneta-MPS).

After the purchase we will send the confirmation of the purchase at the e-mail address indicated in the transaction.

There are three reasons why you wouldn't receive any e-mails:
1. You gave us a different or incorrect e-mail address
2. Your provider or your anti-virus has blocked our e-mails as spam
3. Your e-mail box is full and cannot receive anymore letters

Tickets can be collected at the box office of the Museum or at the automatic kiosks the day of the visit.

We strongly suggest to pick up the tickets not later than 30 minutes before the reserved entrance slot.

Online transactions are not refundable under any circumstance.

Tickets are valid only for the choosen day and the time slot. After the purchase it is not possible to modify nor the day neither the time slot.

After the payment is made it will not be possible to cancel the purchase.

No cancellation, no refunds, no changes are allowed under any circumstance, once the transaction is made.

The visitor who purchased a reduced/complimentary ticket without title will have to purchase a new full fare ticket to enter. The reduced/complimentary ticket will not be refunded.

When a special exhibition is held in the Museum, the price of the ticket may be increased.
The price difference must be paid at the ticket office.
